Philip Pullman’s Amber Spy Glass ; A story of how two children Lyre and Will  shapes our thinking.  Their willingness to accept change makes the difference in the world . The suspense terrifies, as Lyra is kept in a cave fed potions to make her sleep.  Also Will fights with angels to free himself. Meanwhile other angels around Will are in love.  However Will must find Lyra. Needless to say it is ordained, they have a destiny to fulfill. They must embrace knowledge and free the world from its pain .  Additionally the theme of the story is temptation and lust. According to the author”the temptation and fall is not the source of human misery but the end of repression”. This he calls the “Authority and beginning of liberation and freedom of thought”.
